Measure & Quote

We measure and disscuss with you how the system will look and operate. We will pay attention to:

  • The clothing you wish to store

  • Hanging space (rails and hangers)

  • Drawer space

  • Shoe and floor space

  • Long term storage

  • Door systems and mirrors

  • Finishes and surfaces (paint and wood)

  • Accessories (handles, hinges, hooks and knobs)

  • Mirror, sliding, bifolding and hinged door options

  • Accessories (your choice of handles, tie, belt and shoe racks)

We will put together prices and also make sure you have options.

The Concept Drawings

Once you have made a decision to proceed we will meet again and go over the concept drawings. At this point we can show you actual samples of the finishes, colours and accessories. Any additions or changes will be discussed before we settle on the final design. We can walk out the area and show you exactly how your dream wardrobe will work and where it will fit.

The Install

Once we have agreed on the design we will confirm the costs and a time for completion of the install. Depending on the size and nature of your wardrobe, we will need some time to order in any special materials and carefully craft the unit at our Petone factory. We will advise you of the day of the actual install so we can gain access and undertake the work at a time convenient to you.

The finish

We will clean and dust the unit ready for you to organise your new wardrobe. We will slip in a ‘freshener’ and make sure that everything is exactly as you dreamt. We will arrange a follow up call in several weeks to make sure it is working and that you are delighted with your new Wardrobe Factory unit. We will also remind you of our ten year guarantee
